Refund policy

At Guestreet, we want to ensure you're happy with your purchase. We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Size Exchange

  • If the size you ordered isn’t right, you can request an exchange for another available size.

Colour or Design Exchange

  • If you’d like to change the colour or design of the product, we will accept the return to process the exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Returns for other reasons, such as not wanting the product, will not be accepted.

Important

  • No refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Returns are only accepted for exchanges for another product.
  • If the new product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference before the exchange is processed. Payment instructions will be provided once the exchange request is approved.
  • If the new product has a lower price, the difference will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
  • A flat rate of $12 CAD will be charged per product for return shipping. This fee will be deducted from any approved exchange or store credit.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved exchanges or store credits will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs will be covered by Guestreet.
